I joined Paytm on 2019 with the eager to do something, consequently abled to resolve customer's fraud related queries and strength the system process.

Do investigate almost for all types of fraud, mainly for debit card fraud , UPI , IMPS transaction and take necessary action.

Additionally trying to strength the system process by keenly monitoring user's behaviour. As a result make necessary action on suspicious accounts.

Help, assist and motivate teammate by providing resourcefully guidance and suggestions.
