In my roles as a Program Lead in 2 early-stage start-ups, I have curated content and managed learning outcomes for over 10 online modules, overseeing program design and implementation. I have a strong background in curriculum planning and content strategy, utilizing tools such as Canva, Figma, and Articulate to create engaging and impactful materials. With my expertise in qualitative research and active listening, I have been able to develop programs that meet the needs of diverse communities and ages. Program Lead at Stoa, Bengaluru

April 2022 — Present

  • Curated and managed outcomes of 6 learning sprints (modules) for cohort-based, online General Management program, impacting over 100+ professionals. Key responsibilities included:
    1. Conducting research on Business concepts and transforming them into byte-sized learning material.
    2. Creating interactive, instructor-led lesson plans for cohorts using tools such as G-Slides, Figma and Miro.
    3. Creating projects and assignments as per learning outcomes using Kirkpatrick’s Model and Bloom's Taxonomy.
  • Co-created and facilitated live sessions with industry experts and SMEs from Disney+Hotstar, Swiggy, Amazon, Adobe, etc. primarily in the product field.
  • Conducted needs analysis through questionnaires, interviews and check-ins and tracked progress using Airtable for 8 cohorts.
  • Supported the creation of new initiatives, most notably a Gamified Learning Platform - Play.Stoa.

 

Team Lead: Curriculum at Udayy, Gurgaon

October 2020 — March 2022

  • Created and launched an online Personality Development Program for primary and secondary graders in Tier 1 & 2 cities. 
  • Managed a team of 5 Curriculum Developers as Team Lead for the Personality Development Curriculum on the platform. 
  • Managed the recruitment process, trained and mentored new hires, and provided guidance to existing team members.
  • Facilitated team meetings and brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders to encourage creativity and open dialogue.
  • Other key responsibilities also included:

      2. Feedback analysis based on NPS & User Interviews
