In my roles as a Program Lead in 2 early-stage start-ups, I have curated content and managed learning outcomes for over 10 online modules, overseeing program design and implementation. I have a strong background in curriculum planning and content strategy, utilizing tools such as Canva, Figma, and Articulate to create engaging and impactful materials. Program Lead at Stoa, Bengaluru

April 2022 — Present

  • Curated and managed outcomes of 6 learning sprints (modules) for cohort-based, online General Management program, impacting over 100+ professionals. Key responsibilities included:
    1. Conducting research on Business concepts and transforming them into byte-sized learning material.
    2. Creating interactive, instructor-led lesson plans for cohorts using tools such as G-Slides, Figma and Miro.
    3. Creating projects and assignments as per learning outcomes using Kirkpatrick’s Model and Bloom's Taxonomy.
  • Co-created and facilitated live sessions with industry experts and SMEs from Disney+Hotstar, Swiggy, Amazon, Adobe, etc. primarily in the product field.
  • Conducted needs analysis through questionnaires, interviews and check-ins and tracked progress using Airtable for 8 cohorts.
  • Supported the creation of new initiatives, most notably a Gamified Learning Platform - Play.Stoa.

  • Created and launched an online Personality Development Program for primary and secondary graders in Tier 1 & 2 cities. 
  • Managed a team of 5 Curriculum Developers as Team Lead for the Personality Development Curriculum on the platform. 
  • Managed the recruitment process, trained and mentored new hires, and provided guidance to existing team members.
  • Facilitated team meetings and brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders to encourage creativity and open dialogue.
