1. I have worked with an FMCG company where I played a pivotal role in raising approximately INR 2 Crores during the Seed Round, contributing significantly to the company’s early-stage capital formation. My responsibilities included preparing investor decks, conducting market research, building robust financial models and directly liaising with potential investors to support the fundraising process.
2. In addition, I worked with a Chartered Accountancy firm, where I executed end-to-end Financial Due Diligence for our clients. This involved evaluating target companies’ financial health, verifying historical financials, identifying risks and inconsistencies, and preparing due diligence reports that supported strategic decision-making for mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
3. Beyond these roles, I have also taken on core financial analyst responsibilities, including:

• Creating and maintaining detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation.
• Analyzing key financial KPIs to monitor business performance and identify improvement areas.
• Supporting management with actionable insights through variance analysis and trend identification.
• Assisting in preparing investor presentations and strategic business reviews.

These experiences have helped me develop a comprehensive understanding of both operational finance and strategic financial planning, with a strong foundation in investor communication and transaction support.
