MDM & MAM Engineering solution provided throughout the setup of
new environment and migration phases
Identified $2.4 million (3 years contract) cost savings by migrating
from Workspace One to Intune. Successfully migrated from WS1 to
Intune and saved $800k per year.
Drive the team to accomplish all engineering tasks required for the
setup & migration
Built PowerShell scripts & assited the engineers with any scripting
queries - Scripts developed to accomplish day-to-day tasks,
automation to integrate cross-platfoms like PowerBI, Power
Automate, Sharepoint to schedule live reports, scripts to perform bulk
activities, etc.
Lead the engineers during all the collaborative tasks executed with
various internal technical teams, vendors & customers. Collaborate
with Directors & executive teams to understand the requirement and
proceed working with the other service owners & vendors in meeting
the requirements. Drive the engineering team throughout the
project/activity and oversee in all phases of the implementation.
Established Goals & Roles and lead the team whenever they needed a
streamlined process/guidelines.
Identifying gaps, analyzing the cause and driving the team, system or
the person going through the gap towards bridging the gap.
