• Formulating Hospital Formulary with high margins and controlling usage in respective payor patients
• Leading the entire gamut of procurement & supply chain functions including Sourcing Strategies & Implementation, AOP Material

Management, Inventory control and Risk Mitigation
• Delivering better fulfilment and profitability through cost reductions & quality improvements
• Acting as a go-to person for identifying improvement areas & driving innovative solutions towards sustainable change and 
implementation with leadership support and empowerment
• Designing & communicating strategies to stakeholders 

Education

M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Marketing & Management from Al- Ameen College of Pharmacy, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health 
Sciences, Bengaluru with 74% in 2002 
• B.Pharma from Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy, Bangalore University, Location with 60.6% in 1999
