About Arnab Saha:
I, Mr. Arnab Kumar Saha ,a professional from Visva Bharati university (Central),Shantiniketan, post graduated from the department of social work. I have overall experience of 8 years 10 months in sustainable livelihood, Livestock & Agriculture, PVTG livelihood etc . Recently I am working at JSLPS Jharkhand State livelihood promotion society) govt of Jharkhand as a District consultant Livestock (livelihood) ,under NRLM national rural livelihood mission posted at state head office (SMMU). I've relevant experience in managing projects Training, capacity building (livestock & Agriculture). I have experience in MEP through MFI (Sona finance & Bandhan Bank) for promotion of Rural entrepreneur through livelihood models and establishing backward and forward linkages. I had experience of managing stake holders like ATMA, KVK & ICAR regarding capacity building of farmers , at KGVK.
I have prior experience of formation of Farmers Producer Organization and promotion of rural based products with the community which I achieved in KGVK & CWS. I had broadcasted knowledge and supported the community to avail schemes (in minimum subside) from NABARD & ATMA departments, I have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, electronic mail (Microsoft office preferred), and internet I have relevant experience in facing audit compliance and financial management as 2 annual audits had been marked excellent by KPMG & MYRADA in KGVK.
Experience
I have 8 years 10 months of post qualification experience. I am post graduated from Visva Bharati University- Shantiniketan WB. Recently I am working at JSLPS as District Consultant livestock Livelihood posted at State head office SMMU - Ranchi since July 2019 to till date. my job role are as follows :
- Monitoring of district based livestock activity and also government convergence program (Animal Husbandry scheme) Goatry , Poultry and Duckery.
- Develop plans related to ASK (Ajeevika Sansadhan Kendra)/ ILDC (Integrated livestock development center) at block level ensuring Zero mortality and Income enhancement of SHG/Producer groups and SHG
- Planning of profitable livestock with micro plans within community /SHG/ PG.
- Manage ASK /ILDC regarding profit earning with hardening of zero days livestock (Birds) and train farmers over post management of livestock.
- Prepare and execute sustainable model for livestock management (Breeding & Regular marketing) at rural circumstances.
- Train grassroot level caders (APS/CLM) for better achievement of NRLM goals.
