Myself Hitesh Upadhyay completed Diploma in Instrumentation in year 2003, currently working as Well Services Supervisor ( Slickline / Braided line ) for Dragon Oil ( Caspian Sea. I started my career in Oil and Gas Industry in year 2003 for providing Mudlogging services during Drilling, in year 2005 I started working with Almansoori as Slickline Operator, and later on as Slickline crew chief, I have experience of working as Slickline Supervisor for companies Halliburton, Schlumberger, Oilserv in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, India both Onshore and Offshore. I have worked as Senior Well Services Supervisor for Cairn India. I have been involved in Slickline operation such as Setting and Retrieving of downhole plugs during Running Completions and production wells, Manipulation of Sliding sleeves, Jet pump change over, TRMAX SCSSSV exercising tools,   Blanking plug and Isolation sleeve job for Y Completion, Setting and Retrieving of Bridge plugs ( Monologs, slick plugs and DTI plugs ), Manipulation of Premium port screens using Schlumberger Hyper active tools, Tubing punch jobs using A perforators, Memory Gauges jobs, Echo meter jobs for finding fluid level of Casing, Fishing jobs using Slickline and Braided line (7/32).

As Slickline   Supervisor for Dragon Oil was acting as focal point for 4 Slickline jobs carried out on daily basis.

Personnel with great experience in Oil and Gas Industry, having experience of Drilling and Production both as my carrier started with Mudlogging during Drilling and switching to Slickline for Almansoori which started my carrier in well services. During this years have been involved in roles from Gauge man (Operator for Slickline Operations and responsible for Electronic Memory Gauges), Slickline Supervisor for Schlumberger, Halliburton and Well Services Supervisor for Cairn India and Dragon Oil. I have been involved in various Slickline Operation during Drilling, Workovers, production in various location such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, India, Turkmenistan both Onshore and Offshore. In Addition I have been involved in startup of Slickline for Companies Expro India, GDMC (Saudi), Oilserv (Iraq), was involved in base setup, client Inspection, first field job. In Addition I have hands On Experience on Echo meter to know fluid level in Casing. I have worked as Technician in Mudlogging unit which made me very efficient in Hardware and Software, installation and calibration of sensors installed in rigs, this makes my job easy while on rigs.
