Arun Prathapan

My name is Arun. 

I'm from Haripad which is located in Kerala. I've completed my graduation from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The course that I took was BA English Literature and Communications Studies and I've also work in Flipkart as an Operations executive for 4 months in Bangalore.

As an Operations executive in Flipkart I use to talk to the clients and provide  them the necesary solutions for their queries and issues. It was an outbound calling process and also included non voice process because sending mail was also a part of the job 

I've completed my Bachelor's degree based on English Literature and Communications Studies which was a 3 year course which helped me a lot to improve my communication skills and also my phonetic skill. It also helped me understand various other factors such as journalism, mass media, public relations etc.
