Managed sales C&B activities including Annual increment process, Session C rating, Promotions, ad hoc comp changes, Employee movements across Geos, LTIs for top executives, creating ad hoc incentive schemes etc. • Stabilized Annual Increment process for Sales and Digital team, by establishing a centralized process, creating new templates and effective collaboration with Rewards team. • Conducted in External Salary Bench marking exercise. • Lead Sales compensation process for Genpact - for Annual Sales plan designing, Target setting process and Scorecards for Senior leadership • Automated End to End Sales VIC process including deal validation, approval workflows, VIC calculation and query management in SFDC. This project helped Genpact to drastically reduce Sales VIC cycle time from 90 days to 21 days, also helped in reduction of email traffic and improved visibility and customer experience for sellers • Team is also responsible for Annual maintenance, policy upgrades, UAT and other process improvements of the VIC tool • The incentive compensation team also manages regular comp activities like Monthly and annual Commission & Bonus payouts, Target letter release, accruals, and Sales reporting for 35o odd Genpact sales and TS recourses.
