I have work experience in two internships.

Experience 1: Associate - IT Helpdesk, Sutherland

During my internship, I had the opportunity to work in a customer service role where I dealt with US clients. I was responsible for handling various tasks, including billing, addressing queries, documentation, managing complaints, and assisting with booking processes. Throughout this experience, I consistently adhered to company protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Experience 2: HR Intern, Tube Products of India 

My second internship focused on recruitment processes, where I gained hands-on experience in documentation and administrative tasks. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the world of employee engagement and helped me understand the importance of fostering a positive work environment.

I am proud to have graduated with an MBA degree in Human Resource and Marketing from Amity Global Business School. This comprehensive program equipped me with a strong foundation in both disciplines, enabling me to develop a well-rounded skill set. It emphasized practical learning through various industry-focused projects, case studies, and internships. These experiences provided me with hands-on exposure to real-world scenarios, allowing me to apply my theoretical knowledge in practical business contexts.
