In charge for Cement mortar Lined, SS & Cu-Ni pipe spools.
• Act in accordance with OMPP Materials Management plan.
• Communicate and collaborate with planning department, Construction department and 
client material department.
• Coordinated with client’s fabrication subcontractor, for arranging transportation and 
collecting the spools upon readiness.
• Record all inbound/outbound material movements and maintaining proper records.
• Prepare MRR (Material Receiving Report) based on DN.
• Arrange the resources for offloading of the spools up on arrival.
• Segregate all incoming spools, arranging QC inspection making, storing the spools at 
designated areas. Do the preservation required.
• Raise OSD (Overage, shortage & Damage) report, if applicable.
• Issuance of spools thru MIV (Material Issue Voucher) upon the receipt of FMR (Field 
Material Request.)
• Prepare material reconciliation report for all material at the completion of each 
section/unit and return surplus material at the end of the project.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Plan based on the work front.
• Send DPR and Weekly progress report.
• Receiving and Issuance of piping material such as pipes, fittings, valves, fire alarm system, 
motorized operating valve, spool, strainers, pipe support, angle bar, tube bar, I beam, and
