Experience
Generate quotations (Std. / Non-Std.)including labor, material costs, margins, and lead times.
Identify factors affecting costs, such as production time, materials, and labor.
Calculate, analyze, and adjust estimates. Maintain records of estimated and actual costs.
Planning with Managers to improve the quote request process and ensure efficient and timely
quote request routing.
Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary.
Collaborating with other departments (Design, Accounts, Installation) to ensure sales, marketing
queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Consults with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and
systems requirements.
Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Ensure internal documentation and system procedures are timely and accurately completed.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Providing related technical documents.
