About Ashish Lakhera :

My name is Ashish lakhera from India, I worked as a chef de partie in jumeirah etihad tower in Abu Dhabi  (UAE) , i have been worked in all day dining western buffet to prepare the western food . i worked in multicuisine outlet and worked in ala carte as well for room dining . I have also trained junior chefs and collaborated with senior chefs in the design of recipes menus and food presentation. I am certified in the safety of food handling .i am looking  for new challenge.
