I have 23 years of professional experience across education, BFSI, and cargo sectors. Out of this, 13 years were spent with Aakash Educational Services Ltd., where I held senior leadership positions and drove business across multiple regions, including Delhi NCR, Punjab, South India, and other key regions.

My roles involved scaling business, leading high-performing teams, building student outreach initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth across competitive markets. Along the way, I had the opportunity to counsel thousands of students, guide them in medical and engineering preparation, and collaborate with schools to provide impactful career counseling.

What drives me most is the ability to contribute meaningfully to the education sector, not just from a business standpoint, but also in creating lasting impact on students’ careers and futures.

I am now looking to leverage my experience and leadership skills in education sector suitable for my experience and profile.

I am Ashwini Kumar Sinha, with over 23 years of professional experience, including 13 years in leadership roles at Aakash Educational Services Ltd., I have built my career around driving growth, building teams, and strengthening business operations across diverse geographies in India.

At Aakash, I had the privilege of heading business operations across multiple regions, including Delhi NCR, Punjab, the South Zone, and several other parts of the country. Each region came with its unique challenges and opportunities, and this exposure enabled me to develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, student needs, and operational strategies that work in different cultural and competitive landscapes. Whether it was scaling up existing zones, entering new markets, or mentoring teams to deliver consistently high results, I always focused on achieving sustainable growth through people-centric leadership and data-driven decision-making.

Beyond business numbers, what has always driven me is the impact education can make on students and their families. Over the years, I have counselled thousands of students, guided them on medical and engineering preparation pathways, and worked closely with schools to provide meaningful career counselling. This experience has reinforced my passion for education—not just as a business, but as a mission that shapes futures.

As I now explore my next career opportunity, I am keen to leverage my experience and leadership background in education sector. I believe my extensive exposure across regions in India, coupled with my proven ability to lead high-performing teams, can add value to your vision and growth plans.

I have done BCOM from Mangalore university, Karnataka. Post graduation i came to Delhi and perused PGDBM  from RDIMS with major specialisation in Marketing and minor in Information Technology.
