Ashwini Sharma

I am Dr. Ashwini Sharma, an Orthopedic Surgeon with over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience. I have served as Professor of Orthopaedics at reputed medical colleges, including Chirayu Medical College and Sukh Sagar Medical College, Jabalpur. My areas of expertise include trauma surgery, joint replacement, and musculoskeletal research.

I am passionate about medical education, evidence-based orthopaedic practice, and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Medical Educator with over 20 years of combined clinical and teaching experience in India and abroad. I have served in progressive academic roles, from Assistant Professor to Professor of Orthopaedics, at reputed institutions including Chirayu Medical College, LN Medical College, RKDF Medical College, and currently Sukh Sagar Medical College & Hospital, Bhopal.

My expertise spans trauma surgery, joint replacement, fracture management, and musculoskeletal research, along with a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. I have also contributed multiple research papers to national and international orthopaedic journals.
 

I completed my MBBS (1995) and MS in Orthopaedics (1999) from Pt. B.D. Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak, Haryana.
My postgraduate training focused on trauma, fracture fixation, and reconstructive orthopaedic surgery, providing a strong foundation for both clinical and academic practice.
