Having a strong ability to master a situation quickly and is highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of professional disciplines, an expert at organizing & directing turnaround situations. Experienced in handling large workforces with ability to enhance operational / administrative effectiveness and meet organization Vision & drive Goals.

Started as a Trainee Housekeeper in The Taj Hotels, Mumbai to scale upto the position of CEO of a Facility Management Company with work force of 12000 employees and revenue of INR 400 CR. 

The wonderful Journey From Trainee to CEO over 3 decades has a varied job responsibilities in the facility management industry in an MNC. The Responsibilities included and not limited to Operations, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Organisation Development, Key Account Management etc.

Education is a continuous process and will continue in life till end. As a student have completed Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Development. 

Apart from Academics have attended many Educational and Motivational programs and workshops to enhance my Attitude, Skills and Knowledge in the exiting professional journey around 30 yrs.
