With an extensive career spanning over three decades in the realm of Hospitality Industry, I have cultivated a reputation as a seasoned and strategic leader. My professional journey has traversed a multitude of industries, including but not limited to multiple pre-openings, managing diverse outlets in the high-end hotel industry, oil and gas sector, catering / clubs and recreation including all-day dining, cafés, pool bars, and fine dining areas.
My unwavering passion, commitment and integrity are rooted in the pursuit of operational excellence, strong leadership, strategic organizational, managerial, & analytical operational management, and customer service & satisfaction, I am also self-driven and able to maximize operational excellence while delivering high performance meeting tight deadlines.
Functional areas of responsibility also include implementing quality plans and generating operational procedures based on qualitative control policies/directives to ensure effective implementation or specification of standards on material supplies, production standards, hygiene, and sanitation in all customer services. This also includes general supervision and coordination of all administrative functions professionally, economically, and efficiently.
