This is Athar Alam, a Spanish expert. I did a Master in Spanish and have more than 8 years of relevant experience. Worked as Quality Consultant-Spanish with Mattsenkumar, Gurgaon, Haryana. Worked as a SpanishTranslator & Interpreter with IBM. I have work experience with software IT teams; Unix, Windows, Storage, Database, Backup and Middleware. Worked on L1 L2 Unix Admin works also with 4 yrs of experience. Mostly engaged with clients to get coordinated and resolved team's concerns and issues English- Spanish. Currently working as a Spanish System Administrator with Kyndryl Solutions Pvt Ltd with the SysOp team, monitoring tickets in Console & Service Now and passing them to Technical teams communicating in Spanish through Mails, Microsoft Teams and Calls. Doing some activities on servers.

EXPERIENCES:

• Spanish Translator & Interpreter- System Administrator-: Currently working with Kyndryl Pvt Ltd Hyderabad in SysOp team; Monitoring Console & Service Now to pass the automatically generated tickets to Technical teams to resolve the issue. Passing the Tickets to Technical teams through Mails, Calls, Microsoft Teams communicating in Spanish language.

• Spanish Translator & Interpreter-Senior Operations Professional: Worked with IBM Hyderabad as a Spanish Translator & Interpreter-Senior Operations Professional with Unix, Database, Backup, Window & Storage teams, in which, I was translating process related documents, writing mails to clients, chatting with them, calling them, and interpreting both sides’ clients and team mates the correct meaning. Worked as a L1 L2 Unix Admin also.

• Spanish Quality Consultant: I have one year working experience as a Spanish Quality Consultant with Mattsenkumar, Gurgaon, Haryana an International BPO. Listening recorded call in Spanish and giving feedback in English.

• Teaching Experience: I have taught Spanish language three months in different institutes in Hyderabad; one month in Vivekananda Institute of Foreign Languages, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, two months in Naresh’s Classes, Nallakunta, Hyderabad. I have taken Spanish Classes of individual students also.
• Ticketing Tool: I am expert in IBM Ticket Monitoring Tool Maximo & Service Now; Monitoring, dispatching, downgrading and closing tickets. Creating Incidents, Service Request, Changes, Work Orders and Closing them.
