After completing my MBA in Rural Management with a focus on Development and Marketing in 2004, I worked with various NGOs and MFIs in rural areas across India. I then transitioned to the private sector, managing microfinance portfolios and handling SMEs and mid-corporate clients in North India. My most recent banking role was with Indusind Bank, where I was part of the Commercial Banking team and responsible for managing the new business and portfolio of Corporate Agri segment for Rajasthan.

My dual expertise in the development sector and financial/corporate sector makes me well-suited for a role in the sustainable/ Blended finance sector. I have also completed sought-after courses in the ESG domain, including the GRI-certified ESG reporting standards certification and BRSR (India) reporting certification from Bureau Veritas. 

 In my current role as Chief Business Officer for Humanation Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a CSR sector startup based in New Delhi, I have been engaged with a large number of corporates for sourcing assignments for the startup, networking with NGOs for finding eligible organizations and impactful projects and designing monitoring and evaluation procedures and platforms for corporate clients. Additionally, I have ample experience in business development, conducting research projects in the development sector and banks, and monitoring client performance on a continuous basis throughout my career

Being a passionate analyst with a proven track record, I excel at driving business growth and strengthening companies to lead in dynamic and fast-paced environments. With extensive experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, I have a strong aptitude for sourcing new businesses and forging partnerships with external agencies. I am also a certified CSR and ESG professional, demonstrating my expertise in the areas of corporate social responsibility and environmental, social, and governance practices.

   As a seasoned commercial and SME banker with over 18 years of experience and an MBA in Rural Development, I bring a unique perspective to the sustainability sector. Having worked with the development sector across three states and in commercial banking for more than 15 years, I am now mentoring a CSR Management Company based in New Delhi. My focus is on bridging the gap between the Corporate Sector and Non-Profit Sector by bringing in professional synergy through tailor-made CSR designing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Assessment, and Social Media Management programs.
