I'm having 3 years of Mortgage underwriting experience in  Live underwriting, Internal QA and DD review - Pretty funding QC under QM, NonQM and NONI ( Multiple Investor guidelines)

Ø  In absence of FL by coordinating with TL, I have been doing Floor Support for my team both process related as well as checking pended queue, workflow and creating Excel Trackers (Checklist, Correction,

Ø  Critical & Research/conditions) and doing cross/live audits to improve and maintain Team's quality.

Ø  Beyond the working hours I have stayed back to extended my support in order to complete the TAT Items. When High Workflow forecasted.
