across the industry of RF, Renewable Energy and Electrical maintenance. 
I was completed my B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2007 
and MBA in Production and Operation Management in 2014. 
My strength is adroit at learning new concepts quickly, work well under pressure and

Now working as Plant In-charge at Tamil Nadu plant and lead a team of 
Engineers, Technicians in the Commissioning, and Operations & Maintenance 
of the Plant. 
1. Monitor the plant performance, preparation and analysis of reports, and 
look out for improvements to enhance generation. 
2. Day Ahead Forecasting of Solar Power generation.
3. Ensure preventive measures and periodic checking of capital equipment 
to prevent downtime.

4. Gap Analysis of the generation of Power w.r.t the budgeted / as per PI 
expert. 

5. Preparation of Annual Operational and Financial budget -CAPEX, OPEX and
approvals execution ofthe works in minimum cost.
6. Vendor and Inventory Management - Preparation of INDENT /WO / PO / GRN /
Store Ledger. 
7. Coordinating Shut Down and Daily Maintenance related activities with proper
safety. 
8. Deals with respective Electrical department personnel, Land department,
Pollution Control Board and Local administration.

Period-January’2018 to April’2019
1. Maintenance and supervise of Electrical Equipment Inverter, Transformer, 
HT Switch (Relay, CT, PT, and Breaker), LA, Battery, and UPS and 
Transmission line.
2. Coordinating Shut Down and Maintenance related activities with proper 
safety
3. Daily Progress Report to be escalated and weekly reviews to be done as 
per PERT chart.
4. Monitoring site activities, performance and Operations of Solar PV Plant 
using SCADA systems. 
5. Analyse the reports thoroughly and look out for improvements to 
enhance generation.

work to ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure project 
conform to plans, specifications, schedules and budgets.
