I am Ayisha Hiba from Palakkad and I am currently interning as Associate Finance and Accounts at Invisor. With a background in CMA USA 
At Invisor, I have been part of a project for the past three months, under assistance of my team leader by contributing in implementation & migration of client data files to accounting software like Zoho Books.
This includes tasks like setting up accounts, managing items, creating bills and invoices, and doing month-end closure activities like accruals and deferrals & adjusting journal entry
I have also been involved in processes like managing records, purchasing, and handling orders.
During this time, I've also improved my skills in Excel. 
I'm truly excited to be part of the dynamic team at Invisor Consulting and eager to contribute my expertise to our collaborative projects. And contribute to its success 
 

Experience

• Contributed to Record to Report (RTR) process by assisting in financial statement
preparation, reconciliations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with
accounting standards.
• Supported Procure-to-pay (PTP) activities by handling 2-Way and 3-way Matching.
• Managed creation and processing of invoices and bills.
• Actively participated in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations,
including matching of accounts, to ensure accurate recording and compliance with
accounting standards
• Contributing to month-end closure activities involves tasks like handling accruals and
deferrals, and ensuring financial records accurately reflect expenses and revenues
for the period.
• Contributed to the migration of data files to cloud accounting software such as Zoho
Books and Xero, improving data accessibility and efficiency in financial management
processes.
• Assisted in software tools and methodologies to optimize the financial statement
preparation process, increasing efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
• Developed basic Excel skills, including data analysis and spreadsheet
management.
