Presently I am working with GROFERS (An M-commerce online retail marketplace of grocery) as Assistant Manager, on Pay roll of Hands On Trades Pvt. Ltd. since 25th Jul 2019. Currently I am taking care of Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, F&V, RTO, Liquidation department of 1.35 Lac SQFT with Tier-1, Tier-2 structure at Ghaziabad FC.

 

Roles & Responsibilities: -

 

  • Daily morning briefing with our ground team for motivation & for plan execution of the day.
  • Inbound Planning (Coordinate with purchase department for planning for next day inbound)
  • Ensure all vehicles should to be offload which were in scheduled
  • Ensure all stock should to be offload with square root quality check process
  • Ensure 100% GRN in GPOS on daily basis and put away the stock in primary location and secondary replenishment
  • Daily stock audit and update short & excess in system with FC head approval
  • Ensure all orders dispatch as per their route plan on daily basis
  • 100% RGRN with GPOS and segregated the stock according to their quality (Damage/Expiry/Near to Expiry)
  • All damage stock should be to return to vendor with PRN.
  • All purchase invoices have to be uploading in system.
  • Daily purchase detail should to be share with finance team for timely payment of vendors.
  • Warehouse administration & Maintenance 5S.
  • Ensure 100% SOP follow on the floor.
  • Liquidate all damage, expiry, near to expiry on weekly basis.
  • Ensure all cold storage items should to move in cold room immediately.
  • Fruits & Vegetable have to segregate timely for quality Sales and the bad stock move in dump with regular Audit for liquidation or secondary sales to vendor.
  • Check aisle sanitary and maintain the stock and move damage/near to expiry stock to liquidation department.
  • Daily Inbound, Sales, Damage & expiry stock detail share with management.
  • Manage inventory in Tier-1 & Tier2 locations.
  • Ensure Primary & secondary stock audit on daily basis and maintain the sanity.
  • Keep eye on OPP & IPP for Improve the manpower productivity.
  • Assets maintain on time so that no impact on productivity have to be come
  • Vehicle placement for timely dispatch of customer orders as per shift plan.
  • Proper record maintains of manpower and optimum the cost of manpower.
  • Maintain the Opex & Capex expense as per given budget plan.
  • Implement Kaizen & Gamba walk process on floor.

 

I worked associated with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager-Operation Excellence, on pay roll of SS Supply Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd Since 23rd Nov 2017 to 23rd Jul 2019. During this period I handled three more project of warehouse operations Okaya Battery, Surya Roshani and Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd (CP + RDC)). Total warehouse covered area is 2 Lac Sqft.

In this tenure I visited at Tanzania East Africa (Duration July-18 to Sep-18) & successfully handled Monsanto (Agrochemical Company) project of warehouse SOP implementation planner.

Roles &Responsibilities: -

 

  • Handling the dispatches of TV/LED/STB spare parts &DTH ODU units.
  • MSL maintains of spare parts as per consumption on weekly basis.
  • Take the follow up with service team of consignment deliveries on time.
  • Collect the defective spare parts from DSC & send them return back to Aurangabad Factory.
  • Coordinate with HQ team for timely delivery of required spare parts & full fill the requirement of DSC.
  • Every month make 3 to 4 visit plan for DSC Audits & check their stock Books vs. Physical.
  • Follow with service head & service engineer and take the monthly indent for spare parts.
