i have 23 years experience in MEP Design coordination and MEP Installation of construction works.

As a MEP Project manager construction industry and associated with civil construction industry companies. My responsibility to develop the Project Execution Plan at the Pre-Construction Stage of projects and initiatives to best achieve Project Objectives and MEP Design coordination along with civil structural team to ensure the MEP and other System interface requirement and evaluation of design with design consultancy wide contractor requirement to implement to avoid the conflict with civil structural drawings as per contract document compliance with the policies, procedures, and processes of the client and Coordinate with detailed design team of design cycle from concept design/design validation stage to production of issue for construction (IFC documents) with my review of design report, Design submission with specification and discuss with client to ensure the design process is compliance with contract requirement requirements and Material Procurement coordination as per project requirement.

Had experience lead the team and handled the MEP construction activity of Electrical internal electrification (Conduit, wiring, trunking, cable laying, Light fixture and small power installations), Electrical distribution network of substation equipment installation (Transformer, DG, MDB panel, MCC Panel, DBs DG synchronization panel, Cathodic and bonding protection, Earth mat installation, Lighting protection,   High pressure water mist system & Fire firefighting system (piping for Sprinkler and Hydrant sub-system with Pump sets installations), HVAC system(Pipe installation, Thermal insulation, Ducting, AHU, FCU, VRV, chiller installations with Pumping station), ELV system( Fire alarm, PA system, LAN network with EPABX, Hospital management system, Nurse call system, SCADA wit BMS, CCTV, Incident detection system, Integrated Traffic Control System(ITCS),Traffic management system, EPABX, Radio and communication system (cellular, Telecom & Tetra system), Liner heat detection system. Plumbing system (Drainage & Seepage) and specially in tunnel fire passive protection with fire rated paint, Lift, Escalator and DC traction power supply for Third rail system. Hospital Bio medical equipment installation and Maintenance.
