Federal, State and City Income Tax extensions: Filing income tax extension more than 108 entities (Form F7004, Form IT370PF, and NYC Extension) directly on the US government site. To get 6 months extension to file the income tax return  Federal, State and City Income Tax Returns: Responsible for data collection (financial statement) from the respective state financial manager and combine and send to the consultant (Currently KPMG) for filing the federal state and city returns. After receiving from the consultant, check all the schedules, resolve queries if any, and get them signed by the Tax Vice President.  Joint Venture State and city tax payments due with extensions: Responsible for quarterly estimate working and payments (more than 50 joint ventures).
