Current responsibilities -
1. Strategic Planning and Leadership

- Lead and inspire the operations and sales teams to achieve targets.
- Work closely with senior management to set short-term and long-term goals for both operations and sales functions.
2. Sales Management
- Oversee the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine specialty chemicals market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare & Expedite proposal of products
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.
3. Operations Management
- Ensure the efficient and effective production and distribution of marine specialty chemicals.
- Manage supply chain logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Budgeting and Financial Management
- Prepare monthly report, summarizing key clients.
- Develop and manage the budget for the operations and sales departments.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure cost-effective operations without compromising on quality or service levels.
5. Team Development and Training
- Train and mentor staff in both the operations and sales teams.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Involve in regular coordination with many regional and Head Quarter functions including R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and finance departments.
