I'm a full stack, fast, mission driven product manager who thrives in building high performance teams, figuring out what users want and ultimately launching high impact changes that the market can't do without. With lots of diverse experience, including

- Across industries - Fintech to Regtech to Insurance to Travel.
- worked as Product Manager, Product Owner and Business analyst
- worked on B2B, B2B2C, user facing tool, backend tool, business intelligence tools
- background in Software engineering : Java; SQL; programming client and server side

Working with high velocity startups to gain traction for new services. Trying to create culture of success in ongoing marketing strategies and goal achievements. Focused on making technology work for businesses and their customers. 

I can join any team, in any vertical, (early stage or late stage product), figure out what the important metrics are and drive product changes to move those metrics up and to the right.

I'm working as product manager with Jio on EasyGov - govtech platform for citizen to check their eligibility for welfare schemes on my jio app., While working at jio i spearheaded agile sprints and product releases for the B2B2C platform successfully. During this time, I defined end-to-end product features monetizing paid services  and worked on user engagement as north star metrics . And also implemented  B2B scheme management product with state governments of assam and karnataka.

Previously at Finplus Tech Inc - US based fintech company having a buy now pay later product - named future pay and a compliance asset management tool - riskai.  allowing me to enhance my skills in product lifecycle management and process implementation while working on both products.    

The experience with corpseed has allowed me to develop a holistic understanding of product development and marketing strategies while working on 0-1 startups.

Through this experience, I gained expertise in developing user stories and managing the delivery process. `working with cross-functional teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

As a PM, I want to grow new skills over the next 5 years as well as use my existing skillset to add value to the business I am part of.
