Biplab Tripathy

I am a Integrated Law Graduate from Utkal University . I have started   my professional carrier under Late Biswa Mohan Patnaik, Senior Advocate of Orissa High Court, Cuttack in the year 2003. I have been in active practice since 2003 and now an independent advocate since 2009. I am the panel Lawyer of  L & T Finance Limited, Mhaindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited, Indusind Bank Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, Hinduja Leyland Finance Limited. I have been conducting cases in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Criminal and Civil Matters independently for the above noted organisations. 

I am capable of independently conducting any type of Civil , Criminal, Consumer , Taxation , Arbitration and Commercial matters in any Hon'ble Court. I am also competent to draft pleadings, vetting the same and also drafting agreements.
