I am an L&D professional with 15+ years of LMS experience spanning different systems like SumTotal, SABA & SAP SuccessFactors. I also have Project management certification & experience while implementing the LMS-es in different organizations where I have worked in. 

My main KRAs in all my roles have been following: 

• Requirements gathering, deploying, operating & maintaining Digital Learning systems like SumTotal LMS (SaaS version), Degreed, Adobe Connect, Mobile Learning Apps, Survey Gizmo, QlikView/ PowerBI and other in-house developments.
• Ensure smooth pilot, global deployments, releases for all new learning systems (including learning platforms like Degreed, and content libraries like Pluralsight, Coursera) and their integration with LMS. 
• Manage and deploy change requests, configuration, system upgrades and integrations for all learning applications.
• Conduct UATs for new applications, ensure complete documentation (SOP for administrators) and PoV on run procedures.
• Manage classroom and virtual trainings for administrators and L&D community on new tools & processes
• Manage risks, conduct quality reviews and provide reports to global stakeholders.
• Incident & escalation management with IT teams & vendors, for Level 3 & vendor technical queries. 
• Address Level 2 and Level 3 queries received at global learning service desk 
• Manage relationship with IT & vendors to ensure business continuity and change management
• Manage relationship with Learning Business Partners and Learning Champions in each country to gather learning requirements, identify digital learning solutions and implement programs for employees
• Advisory on L&D technology governance
