BROTOTI DASGUPTA

I am an educationist working in the capacity of Principal since 2001.At present I am placed in The Aryan School,Dehradun since 2013.I had the privilege of working in some of the most reputed CBSE and CISCE affiliated schools. Teaching has been my passion since 38 years. 

My professional experience is of more than 38 years out of which I worked for 20 years at the helm of affairs. I am deft in students,staff and parents management. Training Educators and curriculum designing is my forte.I believe in motivating staff and students for their optimum performance. Utilizing the resources to the fullest possible I contribute immensely to build revenue for the institution.
