My field of interest includes Computer-Aided Drug Designing, Molecular Modeling, Functional Genomics & Proteomics, and Cancer Research. Experience
I recently completed an internship at TDU University in Bangalore, where I gained experience in designing primers for PCR amplification, analyzing NGS data using de novo and reference-based methods, implementing R and Python scripts for data analysis and visualization, conducting phylogenetic analysis, and performing Insilco drug discovery using computational tools and algorithms. Through my internship, I developed a strong foundation in bioinformatics and computational biology, and I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to future projects
Education
I have completed my Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Union Christian College, Aluva, in 2022 October.This two-year postgraduate course provides a strong foundation in bioinformatics, computational biology, and related fields. The program covers topics such as molecular biology, genetics, computer science, and statistics, and prepares students for careers in research, academia, and industry.
