Hello! My name is Chaitany Solanki, and I am an HR fresher with a passion for creating inclusive and engaging work environments. I recently completed my Master of Labour Welfare degree, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and the overall well-being of workers.

During my internship at Polycab India limited, I had the opportunity to put my knowledge into practice and gained hands-on experience in a range of HR functions, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, maintaining employee records, grievance handling. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, which helped me develop strong teamwork and communication skills.
