My professional experience includes my current role as a Legal Executive at Aksh Optifibre Limited since September 2024, where I manage extensive litigation and dispute resolution, including matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFAESI Act, and Companies Act. I also handle Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection, including trademark violations, and oversee contract lifecycle management from drafting to risk mitigation. I provide daily legal advisory to various departments and manage legal documentation. Previously, I was a Legal Associate at SBA Group Solicitors and Consultants (March 2024 - August 2024), specializing in International Trade Law, where I handled anti-dumping investigations and drafted legal documents related to international trade. As a Legal Associate at Thukral Law Associates (January 2023 - February 2024), I represented clients in Family Law and Consumer Cases, drafted various legal documents, and managed court proceedings.
 

My most relevant education consists of an L.L.B from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University, New Delhi (September 2018 - July 2021), and a B.A.(HONS)Economics from Ramjas College, Delhi University (September 2015 - July 2018)
