Respected Sir/Madam,


I would like to introduce myself as Shimpi Mayur Vinodbhai.


Just to give you a brief idea about me, I have done a 4 years Degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University Karnataka (India) and 1 year of Advance Diploma in Culinary Art from Switzerland and also have work experience of working in Switzerland for Haslital Hotels AG at Meiringen.


Presently working at CaterEssence company VASSALLO GROUP (Malta) as sous chef.


I worked as a chef at a restaurant in Poland.


I worked as Chef & Training Manager at Tea crème café From March 2021-04-18

Also, Worked at NATIONAL FOODS (Frozen foods Industry) as R & D CHEF 

looking for opportunity to work with organisation

I worked at RAYZ restaurant (SINGAPORE) as assistant head chef from June 1st 2015 to October 30th 2018.


I was working in Singapore on E-Pass, working for a Restaurant as an assistant chef for western cuisine. May 2011 to April 2015


The reason why I am looking for a better opportunity is that I want to grow with the company.


I have altogether work experience of 10 years. I am a team player and also as far as my work is concerned I do menu planning, making roasters for the kitchen team, like to manage the team as a team player, also making sure the kitchen operations are running smoothly.
