As a Mestro at PizzaExpress, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. I have an Advance Diploma in Business Administration and Management from BITC Singapore, and i completed a Hospitality a 3 years hospitality diploma from Open University Malaysia, graduated in May 2022. I have over a year of work experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Room Service Waiter at Avani Hotels and Resorts, and as an Internship Trainee at The Park Hotels, where I gained valuable skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork. and I have a passion for the hospitality industry. My core competencies include leadership, problem-solving, and creativity. My mission is to deliver exceptional dining experiences to every guest, and to contribute to the growth and success of the restaurant.
