Handle overallresponsibility of production and Quality Maintain validity of calibration for instruments and equipment’s usedfor testing Involved in Quality Control of Pipes & Fittings daily Production Report knowledge to work Injection molding and Extruder plant Solving Manufacturing qualityproblems 8 D actions, Implementing & monitoring the effectiveness of corrective action and Preventive actions. Rejection analysis and continuous improvement 5S Improvement Responsible for handling customer complaints. Knowledge of ISO Responsible for Product and Process audit on shop floor as per plan. Ensures calibration and trouble freeoperation of testing and measuring equipment. Monitor and Initiate Corrective Action, Preventive Action and Root Cause Analysis against in house rejection/customer complaint/customer returnin consultation withsection head and follow-up for its effectiveness. Methods & sampling procedure. Ensure Incoming & Online Inspection daily work. Prepare DailyReport for Q.C. Dept. Upgrade Quality Control process &minimize paper work.Assist to ISO external Auditor during the Audit. | |
