Resolve network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN) and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP problems. Respond to and resolve support tickets related to application crashes, email issues, printing problems, and system performance.
• Use a ticketing system like ServiceNow & T2R Neo Automata (Internal Build tool) for tracking and managing IT incidents, service requests, asset request and resolve technical support requests. Document support activities, including problems, solutions, and any follow-up actions required. Follow up with clients to ensure that issues are fully resolved and provide ongoing support if necessary
