Currently serving as Senior Manager – Thermal Units & Tar Impregnation Plant at IFGL Refractories Ltd., I am responsible for heading all operational activities of TIP, PM planning, thermal unit health assessment, capacity utilization monitoring, and Capex project planning. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed high-temperature tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, gas producers, baking furnaces, curing furnaces, coking furnaces, ETP systems, and central store management.

• Heading thermal divisions and improving plant efficiency and capacity utilization.
• Leading a new Tunnel Kiln project (1500 MT/month capacity).
• Managing Central Store operations with zero inspection damages and 100% compliance.
• Implementing value engineering initiatives, 6S drives, Kaizen activities, and safety improvements.
• Reducing downtime through effective maintenance planning and preventive strategies.
• Driving cost control, inventory optimization, and production process improvements.

I possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership abilities, along with hands-on expertise in high-pressure tar pumps, nitrogen-based systems, oil-fired and producer gas-fired kilns, and thermal process optimization. My experience in SAP PP module, MS Office, and project coordination further strengthens my operational effectiveness.
