With a robust background spanning more than 6 years in the social development sector, specifically within the nonprofit realm, Cyril brings a wealth of experience in program and operations management. His educational credentials include a Post Graduate Programme in Development Management from the esteemed S.P Jain Institute of Management, a Master's degree in Social Work from the College of Social Work Nirmala Niketan, and a B.A in History from The Wilson College, Mumbai.

Currently, Cyril is responsible for managing the operations of the programs team of various donors and contributors in public safety, environment, health, and disaster response. He is skilled in operations, project management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning to drive impactful social change in the nonprofit sector. In his current role, Cyril has effectively coordinated with the supporting department of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, the Ministry of Health, and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai on various flagship initiatives and collaborated with senior leadership across sectors to implement successful CSR programs.

He possesses extensive professional experience in effectively managing the operations of diverse programs funded by multiple donors and contributors within the realms of public safety, environment, health, and disaster response.
