JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Good Understanding Of Networking Fundamental.
Basic Knowledge On Firewall Such As Sophos and Fortinet. 
Basic Knowledge Of Various Networking Devices & Services Such As Cisco Routers, Huawei Routers, L2/L3 Switches, Wireless Access Points and Vpn.
Basic Knowledge Of LAN, WAN, VLAN , ROUTING, WLAN and DHCP.
Basic Knowledge Of Computer Hardware & Software.
Basic Knowledge Of Designing & installation well functioning Computer network, Connections And Cabling.
Installation of ISDN products PRI, BRI, E1 etc. With Different types of Modems like RAD, Schmid, Actelis, Beetel, etc.
Good Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication.
Basic knowledge of ONT/OLT equipment's.
Basic Knowledge of Splicing, Fiber Power Meter and VFL.
Basic Knowledge Of Transmission/IP Network equipments.
Basic Knowledge Of FTTH Technology.
Basic Knowledge Of Fiber Fat-Box, FMS & G-PON Technology.
Coordinate with other vendor to provide the last mile Cabling.
Coordinate with O&M Team For the last mile Customer Support.
Coordinate with Project & vendor Team For Provide Last Mile Connectivity.
Installation of Data products MPLS, ILP, ILL and P-P LL etc. 
Coordinate with other vendor to provide the last mile support for VC, VPN etc.
Responsible for all data product customers complains & resolution within SLA and maintaining MTTR.
Co-ordination transmission team for all data product link. I.e. E1 & Ethernet within MTTR.
Also have knowledge of DLC, DSL and SDH equipment.
Knowledge of SDH standards. Tejas Transport Equipments .
Cordinate With CFM And NOC Team For Resolution Of DATA Link
Knowledge Of CAN Mux And RAD Chassis.

Complete B.E. at Goverment Engineering College, PATAN in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Gujarat Technological University with 6.14% in June 2014
