I have passed diploma electrical engineering. 

1.      Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of 350 KVA DG, MCC Panel, LT Breaker, HT Breaker, 1&2 MVA Transformer, 66&11 KV Switch yard, Capacitor panel, UPS System.

2.      Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Extruder Machine, Extrusion press up to 3300 ton, Stretching  Machine, Cutting Machine, Cpp line Machine (cosines Italy), metallizer (buhler italy)slitter machines.

3.      Utility Maintenance like Chiller, Crane, Compressor, Colling tower, HVAC System.

4.      Work in melting casting, 12 ton tilting furnace, aging oven, hydraulic system, homo furnace.

5.      Knowledge of Maintenance of workshop Equipment

6.      Maintaining the GMP Documents, SOPs and Master calibration/Preventive Maintenance Plan.

7.      Arrange & manage appropriate manpower for the day-to-day activities.

8.      Daily Shift Report, Daily Eng. report, G-7 card and KWH meter reading, Daily job planning, Electrical equipment History card, Material issue Activity, RGP And NRGP gate pass.

9.      Responsible for Electrical Operation and Maintenance.

10.   Knowledge of DOL Stater, Star Delta starter, soft Stater and VFD drive.

11.   Knowledge of Siemens & allen Bradley drive and plc.

12.   Good knowledge in automation & instrumentation.
