Key Responsible Area-
 Accurately record all business transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.) in the
accounting system.
 Maintain the general ledger and update accounts as necessary.
 To ensure accuracy, perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and
other financial records.
 Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.
 Process and manage accounts payable (vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, etc.) and accounts
receivable (customer invoices, payments).
 Ensure timely payment to vendors and collection of outstanding customer payments.
 Provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
 Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing necessary financial records
and reports.
 Ensure that all financial documentation complies with company policies and relevant regulations.
 Help in the management of accounting software and systems.
 Ensure that all financial records are properly maintained and backed up.
 Assist the finance team with other administrative and operational tasks related to accounting as
needed.

B.com graduate in 2011 with 1st class
