Troubleshooting the network for connectivity related issues to trace the source of problem.

SMS :
Create and maintain interconnections between SMS gateways using Nexge.
Handling trouble tickets for SMS traffic.
Testing SMS traffic
Traffic monitoring and implementation of the solution during a network problem
Testing and Routing: securing the best routes for every possible destination and provide a good QOS
Coordinate/Cooperate with Sales for better efficiency in traffic analysis and maintaining good routing quality
