 Hi, I am Deepa , I completed Distance learning MBA  in SCM & HR .  I have experience in Purchase Dept. and i would like to work in Purchase Dept.

• Over all 15 Years Experience  : In Administrative having 05 years experience  and in  Commercial Dept. (SCM) having 10 years experience  with  03 Years Experience of Account Dept.
•  Good understanding of Sales and Purchase process in handling large and complex data of sales and Purchase.
• Hands on using Ms Excel to maintain various Reports like Consumption of sale, stock record,etc.
• Preparing offers, purchase Orders, Tax Invoices & E-Way Bill .
• As per market monitor vendor records updating.
•  Good communications with vendor, Payment Follow-ups from customer (Ledger reconcile), as per requirement of clients organize & dispatch material within delivery period as per delivery term.
• Good understanding of Client Requirement. Handling Negotiate calls.

• preparing vouchers,  Tally entry(GST), maintain bank statement record, prepare GST monthly document (GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B)
• (GST Return filing, Co-ordinate with CA team, Process  Banking  transaction, Prepare Company Audit report, Tally entries, Handling & keep record of petty cash, etc.
