Experience

1) Make sure the store target should be achieved.
2) Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3)  Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
4) Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Regular review and feedback to be shared to ensure they are groomed well and are high on performance.
5) Ensure store processes are clearly defined and communicated to teams and are followed at all the times.
6) Responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the showroom as per the organizations brand requirement.
Responsible for Visual merchandising at the showroom.
7) Monitor the stock on a daily basis; ensure the maintenance of stock level and its replenishment as per the sales and customer preferences.
8) Planning and execution of all local events, promotions, exhibitions, etc. to increase the walk-in to the store.
9) Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members.
10) * Monitor achievement of category wise sales targets and take corrective measures where required.

Education

Done MBA from Marketing.
