Dr Dharmesh Bhatt

I am Dr. Dharmesh Bhatt, a mathematician and administrator hailing from Gujarat, India. It's a pleasure to be a part of this esteemed educational institution. Allow me to provide you with a glimpse into my teaching style, background, and interests.

I draw inspiration from the legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, emulating his excellent batting control and strong will. Taking criticism with a pinch of salt, assuming responsibility, and leading by example are the principles that guide my leadership style.

As a mathematics educator, I strive to instill a deep understanding and fluency in the fundamentals of mathematics among my students. I employ a multifaceted approach, utilizing analysis, synthesis, inductive-deductive reasoning, laboratory activities, and project-based problem-solving. Through these methods, I aim to make the learning experience engaging, practical, and enjoyable.

Throughout my career, I have actively contributed to the field of mathematics education. I have analyzed, assessed, and implemented existing mathematics curricula and syllabi, and successfully organized and led mathematics departments, inspiring and motivating my colleagues. To enhance my teaching skills, I am passionate about professional development and have attended numerous conferences, workshops, and training programs.

My educational qualifications include a PhD in Mathematics, a Bachelor in Education specializing in Mathematics and Science, a Master of Science in Statistics, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. 

In terms of professional development, I have participated in courses and affiliations such as CIPP, CLSP, IGCSE, AS & A levels conducted by the University of Cambridge. I have completed a teacher training program by the Institute for Career Studies and attended workshops on effective teaching through Math Labs, learning disabilities, skills and entrepreneurship, stress management, and happiness.
