With 4 years of experience in the field, I develop training programs keeping in mind my psychology of my audience to deliver impactful training modules. I also use Art Therapy in my work to give a more dynamic solution for maximum output.

My experience spans across 4 years, dealing with workplace issues, employee counselling, developing training modules, facilitating training, conducting psychometric testing & reports, Instructional design & a thorough study of audience analysis prior to designing training modules.
Education
After my MSc, I have attended courses pertaining to L&D. While I am still doing these course, I have completed two, Instructional Design & Learning & Development Manager.
