Manage and coordinate with stakeholders across locations and  application to deliver the project charter.

Responsible for the overall project delivery and execution complete Product Life Cycle Management including Blueprint, Function/Tech Specification,Development,Testing, transition and go live projects. Cover all project areas like scope and requirements management, work breakdown and time scheduling, priority and dependency management.

Managing employee lifecycle & disciplinary management of teams.

Manage resources requirement to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

Vendor Management.

Responsible to manage project within the budget, schedule, scope and quality, also managing other operational indices, metrics and KPIs

Responsible to quality of the project delivery, validation and acceptance.

Evaluate and manage the risks and take corresponding mitigation/ contingency measures

Report and present status to all the stakeholders. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress, risks, adjustment needs.

Provide technical solutions to fulfill business requests using SAP’s BW and BW/4HANA system for Reporting Services.

Design, develop, configure, migrate, test and implement SAP BW/4HANA for Reporting self service solutions, and dashboard.

Education

Bachalore of Engineering from Amravati University MS.

MBA Finance from Pune University MS in year 2015-17.
