Working as a SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant, responsible for gathering the requirements from the customers, doing the feasibility study and implementing the same by standard customizations or custom developments. Was part of 3 full end- to-end C4C implementation and was responsible for post go-live support activities. Have 5 years of experience in SAP C4C Sales & Service. Technical Experience :

• Created a custom BO and generated the UI screens, added this as a new work center in C4C. 
• Created Custom BO called Account group with elements and function to capture the change data. 
• Created screens for the above mentioned BO.
•  Also created custom OVS for the above mentioned BO to avail for a field that needs to display the Account Group BO values. 
• Extended the Customer XBO and added a extension field and enabled it in the Account TI screen and added the OVS for that field. 
• Development to calculate the Time spent by each Processor party in ticket and also time spent by each Service and Support Team.

• Configuration to maintain the values.

• Consumed REST API as a Endpoint through CPI using External Web service Integration and written logic through Action file to consume Invoice , STO & PO details.

• Created custom mashup and enabled in the embedded component to be viewed in UI.
