I am a Doctorate with more than a decade experience in teaching industry. A mixture of both as an Academician and Administrator,I have the skills to lead the team from front also understand the requisites of stakeholders ( students).
If given an opportunity, I would definitely portray my roles and responsibilities in the best of my capabilities.

I have led a team of 40 members as Head of the Institution. I have faced critical situations, managed conflicts, reviewed team performance and imbibed positivity in team and organisation.

A Doctorate in Management, Research Supervisor , Associate Professor ,head of the department all these experiences have nurtured my persona as an Educator and mentor
